I'm a sex and relationship mentor based in London, England.
I'm fascinated by human sexuality. I think sex is an incredibly important part of life, but for many people, sex and sexuality are things that just happen. But when we don't work at understanding and improving our sexual selves, a sense of unhappiness or lack of fulfilment can affect our broader sense of self.
I've made it my calling to teach people how to achieve better sexual communication within relationships. I work particularly with aspects of male sexuality and sexual performance. I speak about and lead workshops on sex and sexuality, and I mentor men and their partners on improving intimacy and sexual performance. I also offer personal and professional training in psychosensual and sensual massage.

Mentoring
I offer straightforward, down to earth support to help clients understand and address challenges in their relationships. Mentoring is a conversation-based treatment that involves the client and I taking a more collaborative approach than we might in traditional psychosexual therapy.

Massage and workshops
I trained in therapeutic massage and Swedish massage in 1995, and since then I have given over 5,000 hours of massage of all types. I continue to offer massage to a limited number of clients and I also run massage workshops for singles, couples and groups.

Speaking and teaching
I can be booked to speak at or host events on sex and relationships. I'm happy to work with small or large groups and to bring in a topical theme, or just teach people how to create a better sex life. My approach is mature, easygoing and jargon-free. I make people feel comfortable and I never shame or sensationalise.
