Sarah runs a busy hypnotherapy practice in Leigh on Sea, near Southend in Essex, specialising in fertility, pregnancy and childbirth along with a wide range of children's problems including exam nerves, anxiety, fears and phobias. She also helps clients of all ages and both male and female overcome a wide range of problems including eating disorders, blushing, fear of flying, public speaking, stuttering, depression and pain management. Providing specialist hypnotherapy for pregnancy and childbirth Sarah has assisted clients in overcoming phobias, fears, anxiety, post natal depression, pain management, low self esteem and confidence issues in relation to pregnancy and childbirth.

Qualifications & Training

Sarah trained for her Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Analysis with the IAPH, Europe's largest hypnotherapy school. Subsequently Sarah was invited to become a full member of the International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts (IAPH) – the only organization which specializes in 'Pure Hypno-Analysis'. Along with this Sarah trained with The HypnoBirthing® Institute America and qualified as a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner - The Marie Mongan Method. In addition, Sarah has also attended specialist training sessions for Hypnotherapy for Children the Blowaway Technique, Hypnotherapy for cancer care and is a Changing Limited Beliefs Practitioner.
