I am a hypnotist based in Bristol but I also offer webcam sessions both nationally and internationally. I use hypnosis, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), NLP and meridian therapies such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Chinosis and EmoTrance. I help clients overcome fears, phobias and anxiety, increase confidence, reduce stress, change unwanted habits, improve sleep and manage pain.
